We value our business partner, the independent owner operator. We respect the fact that you
have made a major investment in equipment and need to be paid accordingly. That is why we
believe our compensation package is one of the best in the industry.

Compensation package includes Tractor and Trailer - 89% of the load revenue Tractor Only – 79% of the load revenue 100 % of fuel surcharge goes to the driver We believe that cash flow can be a major issue for the independent owner-operator. That is why we have established a program that allows you to charge maintenance, repair and fuel to Sprinter and we will deduct from your settlement check. This is also a great way to keep track of your expenses.

Requirements of an owner-operator

• Have recent verifiable driving experience or completion of qualified truck school.
• Have a valid class "A" CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a DOT physical, or provide your own that has been completed in last six months.
• Pass drug screen.
• Have a stable verifiable work history.
• Have an acceptable driving record.
• No DWI/DUI convictions in the last five years.
• No drug convictions in the last five years.
• No felony convictions in the last five years.
• No careless or reckless convictions in the last five years.
